Returns
We keep our product descriptions, sizes, and colors up to date and accurate. We only source from quality manufacturers who have been in the industry for at least 10 years. (yeah, we vet every one of them). We have a multiple step quality assurance process for every product, however, if you discover a defect in our product, a refund/credit may be issued. Only items purchased directly from www.amraprx.com may be eligible for returned to AMRAPrx.com. if you purchased items from a third party, in person at an event, or directly through one of our brand partners, unfortunately we cannot process or issue a refund or store credit.
Below is AMRAPrx's return policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We keep our return window short because of how fast we introduce new designs. We hope you understand.
AMRAPrx is a growing business and we want to make sure we provide the best service while also being fair to our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before a refund is issued, we must receive the original items in original packaging for inspection. No Exeptions. We do not issue refunds for delayed shipments, however, if the package is lost, please see below about "Lost, Late, or Delayed Delivery". All orders placed on amraprx.com ship from Thailand.
Exempt from Refunds
In addition to worn booty shorts or other worn apparel not being able to be returned due to hygiene reasons, there are other types of items that unfortunately cannot be returned.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the original unused unopened products in their original packaging returned to AMRAPrx. No Exceptions.
Delayed deliveries are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refund issuance takes a minimum of 3-5 working days and may take longer. Refunds are processed through our payment provider who sets the terms for how long refunds can take.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@amraprx.com.
FInal Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. These items are considered a "Final Sale".
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@amraprx.com and send your item to the address we provide. Do mail back your items until we provide a return/exchange authorization.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giverif the order qualifies for a return and he/she will find out about your return.
Lost, Late, or Delayed Delivery
AMRAPrx does not issue refunds due to delivery delays. We aim to ship out our orders in 2-3 business days and actual delivery times vary by region and season.
Depending on the delivery location, country, and customs policies, delivery can be delayed due to reasons outside of our control. As such, AMRAPrx does not issue refunds for late or lost deliveries. We will try to work with you to resolve any issues, however, due to the nature of global delivery, delays in receipt of your delivery are out of our control. We appreciate your patience in receiving your order.
If your order is lost, please provide a notice from the post office/logistics carrier within 28 days of ordering to AMRAPrx clearly showing the original tracking number, your name, your delivery address, and a clear statement that the package has been lost.. Email this notice to support@amraprx.com with your full name, order #, and delivery address. Once we have confirmed the package is lost, we will be happy to resend the order or issue you store credit.
AMRAPrx does not consider failed delivery attempts as lost orders.
Shipping of Returned Orders
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide in the email you receive with full instructions for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 2,000 baht, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
